Fuel problem question

Hi guys
I'm trying to fix my old ride- '91 f150 5.0litre-dual tanks

After being parked for 2 months she won't start-sounds like its starving for fuel.
With the key on and the schraeder core removed from the fuel rail there's no gas coming out-should there be?

I checked the fuel inertia switch and its reset-but there is no power on the green/yellow wire-but I have power on the yellow wires at the solenoid (exactly where does the fusible link start and stop?) Any idea where I would find the fuel pump relay-on the wiring diagram it comes b4 the inertia cut out switch so it seems suspect to me.

Am I jumping the gun or should I be putting the code reader on it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer

No, I don't hear the pumps running (tried both tanks), but thinking back I never did hear them- always heard them on the gmc work trucks though (savana and safari)

Buckshot, email me, and I will email you a wiring diagram. And a few pointers. Most likley cause is the fuel pump relay.
