I have a crane 2020 cam in my 94 f150 that uses the H.O. firing order. When crane recommended this cam, they said that the change in firing order would have no effect. I was wary, but I tried it out. Turns out they were right. So run your factory computer with no worries.

Your 92 should be speed/density with batch-fire injectors, i.e. 4 squirt at one time. On later trucks with MAF the injectors fire one at a time sequentially; with sequential firing the injector order must match the plug order

Doesn-t the stock MAF truck engine use the 5.8/5.0 HO firing order?

My 94 did not use the H.O., 351 firing order. I am positive of this.
