Mkay, I got my timing set properly today at 10* BTDC. I still have a slight lope at idle (stock cam) and heard that the EGR valve and EVP may be bad and causing my slightly bad idle and running rich.

Any ideas? Would my ported MAF cause me to run rich? Stuck injector? Help a Pre-brotha out!

 

A stuck open egr valve would cause the engine to run lean.

Is the check engine light on?

Sorry I haven't replied sooner, just got busy.

My CEL comes and goes, it's odd like that.

I have gathered up some parts that may help too:

Stock nonported MAF
New 19lbs/hr inejctors
EVP

Plan to pick up:

EGR
TPS

I hope that cures my troubles.
