plugged catyletic converter?

plugged catyletic converter?

can a plugged converter cause stalling at idle when warm and hesitation , lack af power?

Yes. It will cause the vehicle to bogg down when you are trying to accelerate.
You can either replace it, and some have even knocked the guts out of them.

You can buy new high flow cats on ebay for about $45. I have a CarSound on my F-150. More power, better MPG, and more sound. Was a deal to me.

Just search for catalytic converter on there.

If you cat is plugged it will be cherry red and super hot after driving it. If you do the cat, do the O2 sensor at the same, when one goes it takes the other one with it.
