pulls to the right
My mechanic set my alignment to Ford specs, but it still pulls to the right. He gave me a song and dance about the IFS arm being longer on one side than the other, and with mud tires, it vibrates to the right. Also said it is designed to "drift" away from oncoming traffic incase I fall asleep.
I have to hold my steering wheel at about a 30 deg angle to keep it on the road.
Could it be somthing in the steering box or in the pump?
I think I will take it to the Ford dealer next week and see what they say.
Anybody have any suggestions?
thanks

I've found that 85% of pulls are due to radial pulls. Alls this means is a cord or bunch of cords are out of shape inside your tire, causing it pull on that side. Try MnvlMat's suggestion or swap it to the rear.
for instance if it pulls right, change the right front to the rear, or to the left as MnvlMat said.
What size are your tires?

It looks like it was a radial pull, but switching tires around didn't help it a whole lot. The Ford dealer put a part in which moved the left front back a little so it drags behind like a shopping cart wheel. It fixed it. I wish my mechanic knew about this part, would have saved me time and $.
