lowering shackles?

I have a 1995 F150 ext-cab, short bed.
I got shackles for a 1999 Lightning in a trade for a plate frame, I had to cut the top hole off, but they went right on.
If you check AutoZone, Pepboys, ect you may find them.
You can also get them from a Lightning tunner. I think someone said they got Chevy ones for their Lightning.
