I also talked to a mechanic friend of my son, and he suggested removing the timing chain cover, extensive soaking, and careful extraction. He also suggested timing gears and chain. I hate to go into it. I have 207,563 miles with no leaks and no oil consumption. Daily driver, last long trip in May to Key West fla.
