Motor plates

Have any of you ever used motor plates on a street vehicle? Price motorsports has front and rear plates for $180 a piece for my 408. When i finish the motor it will have around 550lbft of torque and will be set up for a 6-71 blower when i get the money for one. I'm afraid of ripping the motor mounts in half but i think the motor plates will cause a lot of vibration.

Havin the motor jump through the hood will cause a bad vibration too I think with that much power you need em'. Helped a bud build a 650hp mustang, we used the plates and you really didn't notice a vibration, of course with the cam lope and the sound of the exhaust, pretty much took away from everything else
