So What is a cat-back exhaust? I have heard you talking about it. Will it help with hp?

As the name implies it is an exhaust system that replaces all the components from the catalytic convertor back. Depending on the vehicle it can give you up to 15 more horsepower but it works best with other mods such as headers and a cold air intake or a bigger throttle body. It makes the truck sound tougher too.
