really dumb question

well here goes. does a 94 4.9l 6 have a throttle body? and would a throttle body spacer help? i'm assuming it does as every other engine has one, but it's too damm cold to go out and check.

No, it won't help. The last thing the 4.9 needs is any additional length added to the intake, it's already designed for very low RPMs.

From what I've heard from others with the 4.9L that have bought or made a TB spacer, it just make's an annoying wistling sound and later becomes a paper weight or door stopper.
