New Suspension

My truck needs new shocks. I went to a local store today to see the pricing on them.
I liked the price of the RS9000 from Rancho.

What other comparable products are there to those shocks? I hear they are really good.

I'm going for a stiffer ride, with more bounce control.

I was also looking at traction bars. Are they worth it? They are pretty cheap anyways.

Thanks,

Pete

Those are the traction bars I'm looking at too..So you recommend heh?

As far as your shocks.......I'm not going to be as tall as your truck, will I? Would they give me the ride I described above?

Thanks,

Pete

L&L ladder bars are the best IMO.
Nitro's will give you a stiffer ride verses the Hyrdro's.
When you order the shocks for your year truck with the lift specs they give you the correct length shock.Yours will be alittle shorter than mine are....LOL.
And their cheap too.....like $35 each.

Pete,

Check this out.
http://www.skyjacker.com/flash/products.asp

Click on shocks and go from there.I think the shocks will be different between 2 and 4 wheel drive trucks.
I'm not sure which one you have, and i don't want to steer you in the wrong direction.

good luck.

haha, there are so many options! whoa! Thanks for the help!

Ford4ever: yeah they seem good, but I don't wanna not be able to drink in the truck! haha.

I'm so confused, but I'll get it sorted out!

Thanks again guys!
