Obamacare phone number

Anyone see the story on the Obamacare phone number. Seems the phone company gave them the perfect number. 1-800-318-2596.

Or a censored 1-800-****YO.

I will not put a link to the story as I do not want to get in trouble with the mods (although I may already be there).

Just find the Daily Caller.

Still works with the 1 as a null character as the phone has no letter substitution for it.

Let's put it like this:

If you have a system that is already killing a huge number of people, and you make that system bigger and bring millions more people under the same umbrella, the death toll will accelerate.

Every year in the US, the medical system kills 225,000 people. 106,000 die as a result of FDA-approved medical drugs. The other 119,000 die as a result of mistreatment in hospitals.

By the most conservative estimate, the US medical system kills 2,250,000 people per decade.

That’s the system that’s heading for massive expansion under Obamacare.

You have a choice. You can go with the empty PR, or you can face the facts and realize what’s going to happen.

Doctors chopping off women’s breasts for no reason. Medical drugs putting people into the grave. Vaccines causing neurological damage. Psychiatric drugs blasting brains and pushing people over into violence, including suicide and murder…no problem. The politicians’ hearts are in the right place.

In reality, here in the US, people manage to survive a while DESPITE health care participation and intervention.

And now, we have the philosophy of a criminal mafia in place. Both the mafia and the Obama administration:

• Use fear and intimidation to force people into surrendering their money.

• Threaten the use of force to coerce you into capitulating to their demands.

• Lie to the media and the public about their true intentions.

• Have a strong contradiction between their public persona of "compassion" versus their private behavior of ruthless aggression and destruction.

• Believe they have an inherent right to rule over everyone else.

• Have no respect whatsoever for individual rights, liberties or the rule of law.

• Believe they can simply invent the rules as they go along, complete outside of law.

• Believe they are exempt from the same laws and rules they force everyone else to follow.

• Blame everyone else for the problems and disruptions they have caused to society.

• Are led by sociopaths.

Amerikka...yeah, I guess when everyone gets hungry, we'll see some action.

Wow - that has conspiracy theory written all over it.

We *HAD* the finest health care system in the world. It was also the most expensive health care system in the world. The reason it was so expensive is both the insurance industry and our lawsuit-happy society.

Obamacare is the WRONG way to fix that, but as a country, we will NEVER agree on the right way to fix it.

No, your numbers and facts ignore the reason people seek medical attention. You don't go to the doctor/hospital/clinic because you're healthy. You go because something is wrong with you. Of the numbers you gave, how many people are 75+ years old, are victims of an accident that seriously injuries their bodies or came in with a serious illness? The way you phrased it made is sound like EVERYONE who goes to the hospital should walk out cured. We all know that just ain't gonna happen.

I can agree with that...but we do have an issue here in this nation where a large chunk of people think they need a doctor or a pill for everything...you know the type.

There are exceptions to everything, I should have disclaimed myself as making a general point.

BTW- I am not completely unattached. Though it's been some years, I was a pre-med student at the U of AZ and a nutritionist for about the past 20-some years. Always learning, man, always learning- but careful with the mass consumption of .gov and alphabet agency claims. Ya know?

How many pharmaceutical commercials did we see on TV 20 years ago? I can't remember any. The pharmaceutical companies since have been pushing their magic pills just like drug dealers, and it's a big money grab for them. That is why people think they need them, the ads are all over the place. It truly is a shame, and wears on our health care system.

That's actually illegal now. My sister works for a medical firm and they can not spend more than $1/person. Used to there was a lot of this kind of thing going on but now it has really been cracked down on.

The reason we see prescription drug commercials now is that it was illegal to show them on tv until a few years ago. People are lazy. They would rather take a pill that will cure them instead of doing anything to help themselves. Look at all the weight loss pills. Sure, putting the fork down and hitting the gym will take the weight off but a pill is sooo much easier.

They do hand out plenty of notepads and ink pens to doctors offices, as well as free samples for them to give to patients...
