Are you sure you watch Fox ? ... They've beaten all these subjects to death. We do have personnel and aircraft in Italy.

 

Yup that's the preferred news station at work. I do have to wander over to CNN every once in a while, but I find their information and reporting lacking. Perhaps Fox is asking those questions when I'm away from the TV or when I'm checking CNN.

The flight time from Italy to Benghazi would be a couple hours including prep time for the drone. By then the attack would be almost 1/4 of the way over.

 

The drones: We had a drone on scene about an hour after the attack first started, got diverted from watching Al Queda training camps in a neighboring country. When that drone got low on fuel, a drone from Italy was flown to take its place and relieved it so it could get back to its original base in SW Asia. Both drones were unarmed. All reported by Jennifer Griffin of Fox News a couple days ago.

As a person in the military this whole situation angers me. Never leave a man behind. Thats all I am gonna say.

Ok. I went back and re-read the link I posted and somehow missed this:

Unbelievable! So let's summarize. We had at least one drone in the air, F-18's capable of reaching them in time, AC-130's (Puff the Magic Dragon) capable of reaching them in time, a "Tier One" Spec. Ops. strike group, and EVEN DELTA FORCE capable of reaching them in time and nothing was done?

How anyone could vote for this weasel Obama again is beyond me.

 

I don't see how these creatures can sleep at night, knowing their decisions killed 4 Americans.

 

It's about priorities, man. On the night of the attack, the POTUS needed to get his beauty rest before his campaign trip to Vegas.

Oh, Jennifer Griffin reporting today that before the attack, on 9/11, Libyan police were observed photographing the building from the exterior and interior, as if casing the place. This info was reported to Washington DC.

Griffin also says Libyans were observed assembling arms in the area hours before the attack, and this info was also relayed up the chain to Washington, to get no response.

Communication breakdown and incompetence, or was the Administration trying to get the Ambassador killed/kidnapped?

 

Just listened to a 20 minute interview of Jennifer Griffin on the Laura Ingraham Show.

Wow.

Too much to cover in a post, but let's just say there was plenty of warning, and our dead heroes on the ground could/should have had support. Seven hours after the attack started, and they were reduced to using their laser targetting capability as a ploy to scare the attackers away. Too bad no air assets were there so that the lasers could be used for more than just a scare.

The administration KNEW it was terrorism that night. Jennifer says we could not retreive the Ambassador's body from the hospital because it was surrounded by Islamic extremists.

But 4 days later, Susan Rice can go on all the Sunday news shows and blame a video!!! I'm FUMING!

 

Oh, and FWIW, the US citizen who made the video is still in jail on 'parole violations.' I guess he may be eligible for release after the elections.

 

And Obama's lead Benghazi 'investigator' thinks America is full of "islamophobes" .
