Gee, to my understanding, sex in public is illegal. And I can guarantee, this would have been a BIG deal if the rep had been republican.

I think the issue here is more of the double standard the media places on the two parties. If a republican does something remotely wrong, it is all over the place. If a democrat does something remotely wrong, it is barely covered if at all.

 

Tell you what. Why don't you do that and tell us how you like your time in jail (up to 2 years). And how you like being on the sex offender list for the rest of your life. I am sure you will not find that so funny. As you are not a liberal politician, I am sure you will not be treated as lightly as Gauthier, (liberal yes, politician no).
