Government run amok

Seems the government owns all water, including rain water. So don't save it for any use.

The court sited a 1925 law, so the long arm of government isn't a new thing.

I was thinking that a person would have to at least get permits to collect water in this way. He did! Then they decided to take them away. BS!

I'm not really sure where we go from here. More and more people rely on the government for too many things. The people who are self sufficient are fewer and further in between, and they are being singled out by big government to force them to get in line.

I feel worse for thoes of you that have kids. We don't have any so my worry is only for the two of us.

Just think of it though. If he cannot have a pond, which is beneficial to him and his neighbors, is it legal for him to have a well? BY their rules, no.
