Was looking for a good debate, but...

seems as most everyone here is conservative... Surely there must be a liberal here somewhere? The kind that counter every point with a different topic, and answer every question with an avoidance maneuver that would make an F-18 proud.

It seems to me that the discussions were more diverse before this "sub" forum was created.

If you can't win an argument, just complain so that anyone making an argument has to do so in a "sub" forum.

Don't know of any good places on the web where you can 'debate' a liberal.

However, the web is filled with places where liberals will:

a) call you a racist for not supporting Obama
b) blame Bush for (insert topic here)
c) slam Romney for being a Mormon version of Bush
d) blame banks
e) blame oil companies
f) blame anyone and everything besides big government and Dem leadership
g) call anyone who disagrees with them all sorts of hideous eptitaths.
h) make hateful remarks about conservative women

I could go on, but you get the idea.

I just get annoyed that no argument they extend ever has any proof or evidence to back it up. Any question asked is avoided, and and facts I present are voided because I have a conservative leaning.

I had several FB discussions on Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman, and man, common sense has been completely disgraced!

I don't mind keeping an open perspective and hearing the other guys point of view, but can't find one that can logically put it out.

And DBD,

How the hell can I be racist for not liking Obama?!? He's half white also, so maybe that's the part of him I don't like...

Liberals are children. The majority of them never passed the brain age of a 6 year old, thus, blaming, name calling, changing subjects during a discussion are their avoidance tactics...........Hmmm, sounds like most women also..................

Don't worry wit, there are plenty of other forums where open discussion is allowed without sub-forums.

If you do that in this sub forum, I'm going to be offended. Maybe you should request a sub, sub forum for your type of discussion.

The problem with political debate is people are too interested in proveing thier point and not actually in learning what the other side is talking about. As a result the debates normally will devolve into all of the things already described earlier. It wouldn't be so bad if we could count on the media to provide accurate information. They are more interested in pushing thier agenda than providing the truth so, it results in spinning the facts and outright false reporting. All the networks do it, but the liberal ones seem to be the biggest offenders and do nothing when caught.
