Double standards much????

Did anybody catch the double standard Obama is trying to pull on everyone. He tells the Supreme Court that it would be unprecedented for them to over turn a law that the duly elected officials passed in Congress (which is false. see Marbury v. Madison). He tells the Supreme Court that to go against the Congress is not in the best interest of the country. Obama forgot to mention that he has gone against Congress for many of the laws on the books. Most notably immigration laws. He has ordered his Secretaries to NOT enforce the immigration laws for certain classes of illegal immigrants. Obama's job is to enforce and apply the laws Congress passes. He does not get to chose which laws he is going to enforce. He is limited to signing a bill or not signing a bill. If a law is passed in Congress on his watch that he doesn't want to enforce he can simply veto the bill. It seems he believes it is perfectly acceptable for him to NOT do the job he was elected to do (enforce and apply the laws passed by Congress), while chastising the Supreme Court for trying to do the job they were appointed to do.

Big shock, this administration is all about breaking the rules. The list is endless ( Senate not in recess, and he makes recess appointments, not turning out budget recommendations on time, sticking his nose in the budget process when he should be out of the mix are a few that pop to mind ).

He has done it since day 1, and will do it until his time is over. If he gets another term, it will be kicked into high gear.

The administration is trying to install a Chicago style government where outside parties cannot get into the system ( trying to end the GOP for all effective purposes ).

He holds up the Senate not voting for the GOP's budget as a great thing, due to it being a pay back budget ( slowing the rate of expansion, not cutting them as he puts it ). No mention that his budget was not voted for by the Senate either.

Thing is, there are a lot of people that take what the POTUS says as gold.

He got his appointment in the high court, and it still looks like a 50-50 chance on the outcome, so he is trying the case in the media.

Obama's method seems to be to do away with that pesky 3rd branch of government.

Ever notice how much Obama stammers when he is telling a whopper?

There was a big deal about his birth certificate, but after hearing drivel like this, I'm wondering about him not realy being a professor. Or maybe even a High School graduate!

'Those who can do, those who can't teach', is a saying for a reason.

From Il. too (a long time ago) and you're right, very few of them do, and NONE of those few are from Il. Heard they were having to build a new prison in Il., and that's just to house the former Governors!
And no, I'm not happy with the Ca. politicians either!

It is a profiling to say that IL governors are criminals, and we know profiling is wrong.
Just because there is a 50% conviction rate on IL governors ( vs 42% on murders on trial ) is no reason to libel all of them.
The glass can be half full. Look at it this way, 50% of them were not convicted of the criminal activities they did.
