Stimulus Caused Job Shifting, Not Job Creation

Makes perfect sense when we see that the unemployment rate is still over 9%. Or as I like to say, "another government FAIL" .
With wasteful spending on that proportion, it's obvious we need to eliminate the income tax and use a flat/sales tax instead to constrain/prevent this type of waste.
