hey guys im also looking for the mirrors that have the paintable skull caps. id really like to get some for somewhere around $100 but if any of u guys have some already painted black i would give around $150 or maybe more.....

You can get a pair of primed ones from Ford for about $70 or so, and probably have them painted for about $50.

 

hey man r u sure were talik bout the same ones. i have a 2008 xl truck and im wanting to get the mirror that i think comes on the fx4's and niccer model trucks. there just regular textured plastic but pple paint the top half. ???????

i took my factory caps off took to them the local paint shop and they painted them for $50 bucks

 

yeah guys i no how to get the caps painted. but the problem is i dont have the mirrors. my tuck has different mirrors wher it is an XL model. the mirrors i want to purchase off of someone is the mirrors that have the paintable top halfs(skull caps). i need the mirrors before i can paint them, but it would be real nice if someone already had some mirrors painted black they would want to sell me. its the same thread 2wd slanger posted. i need to buy a new set of mirrors....
