I bought this kit from Jon_To over on the F150forum.com vendor forum a month or so ago. I have since decided to go the retrofit route instead, so these have never been installed or used and is still new in the box. These are H13/9008 Bi-Xenon Kit 5k with the relay harness included as pictured below (photo is from the vendor thread). I am pretty sure that this is the right bulb for any F-150 2004 and up, but please check to make sure it's the right size for your truck before purchasing. I usually use the Sylvania Replacement Lamp guide.

Right now Jon is running a special for $60 for the kit + $50 for the Bi-Xenon option = $110 total. I have no need for this, so I will sell the kit for $100 shipped or best reasonable offer.
