Brand new sealed in factory packaging. Only opened for pictures. I ordered these in early March and were backordered until delivery in late May. My truck has the shudder from the 21B10 update Ford pushed out in late March/early April. Truck hasn't been right since; I'm trading it in so these were never opened or installed on the truck.
