SOLD///2012 FX4 Factory Running Boards
NEW LOWER PRICE///These were taken off of truck with 500 miles on it. These are in excellent condition no nicks,gouges or scratches all hardware to install included will sell for $200 plus shipping.

I just picked up a set of 2011 FX4 SuperCrew running boards... they are real nice!
On the 2011 the bottom is extruded aluminum channel so the mounting brackets can be slid back and forth. I bet you could fit it on a SuperCab with a 6.5' bed... they would give you a bit of a step to get stuff in the back end.
Just a thought - might help you sell them...
BTW - the ones I got are just under 8' long (they barely fit on the diagonal in my 6.5' bed).
