I have no idea how changing the LED would work, I havnt disassembled them. I only have a red and a blue left in the 22" in about a month I will have some more in 25" and also will have some black as well as stainless.

 

I would love a black one with white lights. I just skimmed through the thread, but how much is the kit?

When you get the black ones in put me down for a Supercab one

It will fit, but I don't have wiring information for those years so you will be on your own for the install.
