I purchased for my 08 LT and turns out will only work with 04-06 F150.
The unit is grey and comes with complete harness and will be plug and play if your vehicle is rear entertainment ready with rails. There will be a label stating that in front upper compartment.
The unit works perfectly.
I also have factory 6 disk, satellite audiophile radio if you want complete system.
