Pro Comp 6" lift kit Steering Knuckle fits 2004-2013 (only one knuckle) I bought a spare off a guy when I lifted both of my trucks. It seems to look exactly like the Rough Country 6" too. I have 2 lifts on different trucks and I am fairly certain it's the exact same part. These are over $500 a pair new.
