Exclamation FS: CUSTOM Q45 Gattling Gun HID Retrofit Headlamps

Up for sale is a pair of custom retrofit Q45 headlamps with custom made integrated shroud. The Q45 projectors sell for $400-$500 a pair, ballasts sell for $200/pr and bulbs cost $100. Plus the labor intensive custom work took roughly 2 weeks time. Cost over $1600 to have these done.
Comes with a pair of used Hella LVQ-212 OEM Ballasts and used Philips 85122 D2S bulbs. These were removed off the truck before it was sold. Requires some cutting behind the headlamps on the rad support to clear the back end of the projectors and bulb protrusion. I made these cutouts in under an hour with a sawzall and one metal blade.

The following pictures were taken when they were on the truck a few years back. Will follow up with current pictures off the vehicle.

Asking $900 (obo) PLUS shipping to cont US:

I never took output shots, but they are no different than an OEM Infiniti Q45 output shot. The output on these units are not razor sharp due to their design. Think of them as multiple projectors in one which all focus in on a specific area.

They generate much better lighting vs stock although you do lose your high beam capability. I found that I did not require my high beams using these along with the fog lights I had (stock units).

But obviously one would buy these for their uniqueness and looks in addition to their greater than stock output.

Price is negotiable within reason here folks. No longer have the truck, and looking to sell these! If they dont sell in a decent amount of time, I will have to break apart the housings and sell the components separately. I wish not to do that.

Price reduced to $650 for the July 4th weekend. If these don't sell this weekend they will be taken apart and parted out.

Any luck on some newer more recent pictures? Also willing to part headlights alone? I have ballast and bulbs

Thank you Mike for your patience. Enjoy them!

My last shots of the headlights to share before shipping them out. They had been oxidized with some scuffs and needed a good polish so I spent hours on Saturday using compound and polish to get them to their rightful state.

Thanks KMAC. I wouldnt feel good about sending something out that didnt look like the pictures. They have been sitting for a while, and I did not realize they were oxidized and scuffed. I removed them from the truck years ago in a hurry before it sold and just placed them in a box.

I have received parts from forums in which they arrived in a totally different state than described and in pictures and was not happy. Im not one of those types of sellers.

Thanks for not being one of those types of sellers. I too have gotten stuff off of this forum in less than stellar condition from a cleanliness standpoint.

I wish everybody that sold stuff sent it out as if they themselves would be receiving it. I don't like buying things from individuals sight unseen for fear of things like that. But if everyone was a straight shooter, I'm sure we'd all have a little more consumer confidence haha
