I have an XLT with the column shifter and I started converting my truck to the center shift console but have since decided on a change of direction. I've changed the rear panel to one from an XLT to remove the vents that wouldn't be used. Not pictured but included is the rear mounting bracket. I've also trimmed the front mount which is common when swapping this console without swapping the entire dash. Some parts are painted gloss black and others are unpainted from the factory.

Bump, lowered the price to $100. I've seen just the shifter go about that price. I'm tired of looking at this just sitting in the garage.

 

Is everything needed for the swap included in this, or are there things missing?

 

There are some things missing to complete the swap. You'd need to get the cup holder panel that surrounds the shifter, a front bracket, and a part to blend into the dash. The only thing not pictured but that is included is the rear mounting bracket.
