I have a pair of mirrors from my 2007. Both in good condition with one exception.. I dropped the left one when I brought them inside to wash them off. It cracked the corner piece. I used jbweld to reattach it. You can tell in the pic, and it looks worse in the pic than it does in person. From 10 ft away you cant notice. However if it was me, I would probably just plastidip the whole thing and you would never notice. Or just leave it the way it is.. again from 10 ft away you wouldnt notice at all. It is only the piece that fits against the door, so no pressure on it from bolting or moving the mirror and such.. will hold up fine.
