I had this on my 2006 5.4l F-150 sold the truck and now have no use for it. Will work for 2004-2008. I returned it to stock mode when I removed it from my truck. Comes with everything you need including manual and works perfect. The Bi-pod has a hair line crack in the corner from my dog hitting it when he jumped in the truck, but still fits perfect and snug.
