Any idea of the shipping cost of those running boards to 26330?

 

The box would be approximately 80x14x14 and the weight is 31 lbs.

UPS says 137.25 for Ground
FedEx says 127.26 for Ground

...plus I'd have to buy the box and packing material.

Yes, I believe that they would fit 04-08 supercab but you may want to check to be sure, these were off of my '07 Supercab FX2
