I mounted this in the truck and used it about three times. Now I have a different truck with the factory brake controller, so I have no need for this. Works great and this is a Proportional Controller.

This comes with two different mounting brackets, brake controller, manual,the wiring that came with it when I bought it and a harness that I bought that will plug right into the truck and the brake controller without wiring it up. I know this will plug into the 04-08 and the OBS trucks directly without wiring.
