I have no idea. I had them professionally installed and I didn't keep the box's. I added pictures of lights and ballasts for viewing in my gallery. Will take best offer.

No it is bulbas and ballast for headlights and fogs. The headlights are the ones that magnetically adjust for high beam and I have posted a picture of a box for manufacturer and brand.

If I need fogs I would jump on this, but I don't. And according to some members HIDs are the devils work!!! I would give you 75.00 shipped for the heads.

yes this would include bulbs ballasts for fogs and headlights all wiring as well. You would just have to mount the ballasts somewhere..
