So it's locked?? Should've unlicked it. Worth half of what your asking if it's locked. Or at least that's what I would offer for a locked one.

Did you return your truck to stock or do you still have a program from the tuner on your truck? If you returned your truck to stock, the device is unlocked. If you did not, the device is still loked to your truck.

Good, then it is unlocked. The $60 you mention is for a custom tune for someone's own vehicle, correct?

I heard that when you hook up a Edge programmer to any truck they require you to send it back in to edge for them to reprogram it for a different truck. Is that so?

Not for any Edge I know of. It can be used on any truck as long as it has the calibration HEX in it for the truck. Sometimes they have to be updated for new calibrations, but that is generally done by computer and does not cost anything. I will say that I am more familiar with the Evolution and there may be some special requirement for the CTS, but I don't think so. I suspect you are confusing the requirement of a new custom tune from PHP if it has been custom tuned.

Sounds to me as if you are good to go on the sale and your asking price seems very reasonable to me.
