FS: (ID) 04-08 LEER Tonneau cover painted Sand White
Details: My grandpa bought a LEER tonneau cover for his 2005 F150, had it painted the red color that matched his truck at the time, then he traded it in on an 07(or was it 08, I'll have to ask him again, not that it's a huge difference because it fits 04-08) in sand white, got the cover painted to match it again. Then he bought a 2010 and cant use this cover anymore.
He's not much for the internet, so me being the good grandson I am, I'm trying to help him sell it. He's had it off since he bought the new truck and cant find anyone to buy it up in Idaho. I guess it's a limited market for them up there, everyone in TX seems to have one, lol.
He said that he'd be willing to ship it, but buyer needs to pay for the shipping.
It fits a 6.5' bed, it has the lock on the back, and he changed out the 80lb shocks for some 110lb ones to make it easier to open/close. The only drawback is that it has a USMC sticker on the back

He said it has a few light scratches on it. I'm sure if you're interested I can work with him to get pictures (again, he's not quite up on the computer stuff, he's 75 and doesnt really care too much for computers
). Knowing my grandpa, he's extremely meticulous about his stuff, so its definitely in top condition. We're talking about someone that washes his vehicle in the winter if it's 34 degrees outside. lol
Depending on your location, we'll work on shipping costs or pickup.
He paid over $1200 for the cover new, then the paint job, etc (he's not the kind to cheap out on stuff, the paint job is top notch and looks incredible)
He'd like to get $600 out of it but is open to offers. I'll handle the internet side and any questions that I can. Payment and shipping will be arranged when an interested buyer is found.
If you'd like references for me just PM me and I'll get you all I can, I've got some other forums I am on, I can get you phone numbers, whatever you want really to set your mind at ease. I'm a stand up guy and I know my grandpa is as well, just trying to help him out here.

Yea, that's the big problem really. A good chunk of people have the 5.5 bed, and those with the 6.5 seem to already have a cover or dont want one. Thanks for the bump though
