I have a stock 6 disc with MP3 and Aux in radio from a 2007 F-150. This should work with all 2004-2008 F-150's and others. It has the chrome rings around the ***** and some buttons, looks sharp. This would be the perfect upgrade for someone with either no CD, single disk, or a non MP3 player.

I believe it did. Im sorry, this radio is not from my truck, I drive a 2005. I purchased this radio from a friend that had a 2007 when I was going to trade my truck in. I will try and contact him to see if it did or not.
