The system is bluetooth capable with a add on from pioneer. Unfortunately I did not buy that add on so you would need to get it.

The system does play dvds and is bypassed which allows you the capability to access nav funtions and watch video while the vehicle is in motion.

I would estimate shipping at about 40 bucks.
