I have a Gryphon CS ford sale I am asking $420 and includes programmer,cable,custom fit f150 pod edge make wich was an additional $50, and has the windsheild mount too. Have had it only since Jan 1st and is in great condition. Have been trying to save some money to get a house so some toys must go. If you need pics let me know I will email them tonight.

any custom tunes? its a little outside my price range but somebody with the money may want that info.. good luck with the sale

 

I am very interested in this, as mentioned above are there any custom tunes, or are does it still have the canned tunes. Also would you do $420 shipped to 32506.

You would have to have the same HEX code or calibration, which is highly unlikely, for any custom tune to work. You will want the canned tunes.

 

I am only wanting Canned tunes for now, but since I am not familiar with how the Gryphon works compared to the other tuners I have used on previous cars and trucks I have had, Does the Custom tunes over ride the canned tunes in the hand held's memory, or are the canned tunes still there if they add a custom tune to the hand held. Basically, if there are custom tunes on there does that basically make it useless to me if I am only wanting the canned tunes?

If it has custom tunes, you can download the canned tunes back on it. It all depends on how may tunes the tuner is allowed to hold. For instance, my old original Edge holds four tunes. My stock tunes plus 3 more. I replaced 2 canned tunes with customs, so now I have my stock tune, the canned towing tune and two performance tunes.

 

Thank you for the clarification on that. I am familiar with other tuning products that I have used for my Subaru WRX in the past as well as my old Hemi swapped 2001 Durango, but have never used any of the Edge or PHP products. I know they are all different, so I was only try to play it safe by asking if custom tunes were present. Again, Thanks and I am looking for a response from seller as I am interested.
