There was a CK3000 installed in my truck when I bought it. I got it to work with a buddy's phone and it was pretty clear, I don't normally use b/t devices so it still seemed awkward for me. Depending on your current phone I would check the Parrot website to make sure that your phone is compatible with that system.

I agree with what My01Screw said.
But to answer your question, install was very simple. You have to remove the middle dash trim and radio, along with the a-pillar interior trim.
It's plenty loud and clear, as it mutes your radio and you hear the people talking over your speakers.
