I don't think they will since the 09+ trucks have different rear seat and cab floor setups than the 04-08 trucks.

see thats what i was thinking. my seats seem lower to the floor than the 04-08. plus i have the completely flat floor and there are no supports under the seats on the sides, they just hang down from the fold up position.
