I have a set of dark shadow gray painted flares, I have taken them off of my truck, they have some branch scratches but are in good shape. I have a brand new and unopened complete mounting kit with instructions from bushwacker.

Do they still have the stainless steel screws in each of the pockets? I am interested in these flares

 

Yup they still have the little stainless bolts, but arnt what actually holds them on your truck. That's why I ordered a whole new mounting kit for them.

 

Would getting them repainted rid them of the scratches? I'm very interested in buying these from you.
