Passenger side is water damaged due to leaking but would be perfect for someone that wanted to do the black out fog light. Driver side never leaked and is in good condition. $40 / pair or $20 separately plus s + h.

The "dirt" is inside the lens. On the top that is rust on that metal "reflector" which in turn messed up the "chrome" plastic on the inside.
