I have a FULL SET of the 2004-2008 SuperCrew F150 OEM Seatcovers. They were removed from a truck at 50miles, so they are BRAND NEW!!! They are black with gray in the middle. The full set includes: front back and bottom covers, headrest covers, rear back and bottom covers with the 60/40 split bench seat and also the headrest covers. Eh...I will leave that research up to you. I sure don't want to be responsible for selling you the incorrect item, then you are stuck with them. You may want to contact Tasca Ford(forum vendor) and ask those guys if they would fit. I have not seen the interior of the new 09's yet...
