The buyer will need to have the same specific codes to use your tunes right?

 

It is locked i think and I am guessing it would haveto be sent back to vmp to have the tunes you want put on it

 

Did you reprogram your truck to stock? If so then it should be unlocked. If not then it'll be locked and the buyer will have to pay to have it unlocked.

Unless the buyer has the same HEX code as you he/she will have to get new tunes in order to use the programmer. VMP, Troyer, or PHP can all provide this service.

 

dont think it was returned to stock before trade in but I m not sure it was a while ago... It is most likely locked
