They are the bands that go inside the wheel. They hold the tire pressure sensor in place. Some cheap ones are out there that use 3M tape but I would not trust it inside of my tire. If it comes off, your idiot light goes on and it dings until it gets reseated at a tire shop. These are the original bands sold at FORD to be used on 17" rims. Hope this helps.
