Selling my mean green HO 200amp alt that I had on my 2007 F150 with the 4.6, should fit 5.4's as well. Been on the vehicle since about June of last year. According to mean green ford changed the regulators pretty frequently in their alts over the last few years. That said, I am selling cheap just incase the regulator it has in it doesn't match your vehicle you can have the regulator from your alt swapped into this one at a local shop and you'd be good to go for cheap. The alt new was $369
