It says 05 only but I think you can send to Superchip to update to different year truck. yes you can recalibrate speedo , shift points, wot limiter, rev limiter, and more. Nothing wrong with at all. Just lays around I dont use it.

rafea. It has 3 performance settings, adjust tire size, rev limiter, wot limiter, shift points, clear diagnostic codes and a few more things.
