leftover piece for roush lower grill

well i bought a roush grill to make a lower grill for mine. I have enough leftover for someone to make one for theirs. I would like to get around 50 shipped for it. I have a picture, I will cut it loose from the lower tabs to be shipped. Should not have to cut any more off of the sides of it, only the inside part of your lower grill, i can tell you have to do it if you need.

Possibly would be interested in trades just let me know what you have. Thanks

what i did was cut out part of the sides on the black factory lower bumper part. then i tucked it into one side and then slide to the other to keep it inserted. then i wire tied it to make sure it wouldn't move. i dont have a picture of the lower grill close up but if you take one i can circle the part that needs to be cut out. hope that helps.

yours is an 06 front bumper so its going to be a little different. Our 06+ trucks dont have that black plastic peice behind the bumper like the 04-05s did.

I bought my 06 in jan of 06 and ordered a full front before they started making the billets for our bumpers. What i did was make two aluminum tabs from some material i had in the shop, and i loosened the forward-most bumper mounts (big flat ones that face forward and flat like the bumper) and slide the tabs in and tightened down, then my billet bolted to those. Going on 3 years now without a single problem.

EDIT,
by the way, its going to be a pain in the *** and youll probably have to remove the bumper at least once for placement.

Boy - wish I'd seen that before. I bought the Roush grille for my 06 Lariat and wanted to add the bumper insert. i finally opted for the Monster Billet insert from American Billet. A close match but this is better. Anyone else got a piece to sell?

And Supaman - how do you have the billet badge connected to your grille? I have a chrome/billet Ford oval I'd like to do same with but as it does not have the 3 posts on the back - just double sided tape, I wasn't sure it would stick???
