has the vehicle been flashed back to stock? if not, then the tuner would be useless to us..

yes it was put back to stock... cant run truck with stock tune and 3.5" AF1.

 

SOLD... but i was wrong it IS locked. plugged it to my computer shows locked. last thing i did was change tire size. will this cause it to be locked? so my apology to knighj1 i really thought it was unlocked. good thing i checked. off hand does any one know what sct or tuners charge to unlock?

 

They charge from 75-150 if they do it and I read that they just offer you a instore credit at vmp and he willonly give you 75.00 for the tuner. I sent you a email and a paypal invoice.

 

refund done. i will give them (troyer) a call when i get a chance next week.
