97-04 f150 sohc 5.4 custom vortech blower kit
Will fit 1997 to 2004 SOHC 5.4 and possibly the 4.6.
Vortech V3 J trim with low hours!!
Brackets to run the 8 rib with 2.50,2.62,3.0 blower pulleys and the vortech 7.0in cranks shaft.
Custom fabricated discharge pipes 3 1/2 in to 3in. Vortech mondo bov
42lbs. Lightning injectors,90mm blow through lightning MAF
Turbo/centrifugal intake hat and manifold from a99-00 lightning. 120mm lfp throttle body that flows 1700cfm. The blower can flow up to 1600cfm.
99-00 aluminum intake and ported polished TB elbow with 75mm TB
What you'll need!!
Lightning alternator, flex a lite fans or something similar in size to clear the charge pipes.
The charge pipes are for the N/A intake aluminum or composite .
3in/3out air to air after cooler.
Fab your Own throttle and cruise control cables or mod them?
Fuel pump/pumps upgrade.
Comes with all the vortech brackets and auxiliary bracket I fab for the size of the bigger blower.
I'm wanting to off set the cost of the new engine build.

Ported navi tumble port heads double springs and all. Built any year 5.4 short block
Borg Warner s475 or s480 turbo. 80-84 cold/hot side A/R's
Or something like it?
1/2 inch steel fuel line
120lph fuel injectors or slightly larger. 1000cc or larger
Adjustable high psi fuel regulator
Hitachi slot/card style MAF sensor or like it.

Ill throw in Crome bbk valve covers & the composite plastic manifold. This blower will flow a$$ loads more then the m112 or m122!!
Can also have the pacesetter shortys I have on the engine. I can throw in an air to water intercooler if you want to run your factory set up IE the intercooler tank pump heat exchanger.
And throw in used accel coils. You can also have the well used tr6 plugs! That in its self should be a selling point.
