I have pretty much parted my whole truck out and the trans is one of the few big things left. It was built by Alan at Dirty Dog Performance. It also has one of Alans double disc converter also. I would say that the trans only has around 10k miles on it. Ive only put 2500 on the truck the past 2 years and before that it was behind a stock 5.4 in my truck with a vortech making 350ish hp. The truck has seen multiple 1.5 60ft's without a single issue out of the trans. Its as solid as the day i put it in. I called Alan yesterday to ask what years it would go in and he said a 97-03 but 97 requires the re pinned harness which i will be including since my truck is a 97. I also asked what it is worth and he said just as a core is $1k and the converter is 700. I cant remember what i payed for it but i figured i would start out at 1200 obo and see what happens. Truck trans shifted and drove perfectly fine when removed. I have no pics on my computer but can get them upon request.
